   Here is a quick reference guide to help you get started using the program.

 How do I use the program?

 There are many different ways to use the eMail Clipper program.

 Get detailed information from the Getting Started section.


 How do I add text to a new multi line message slot?

 Click the Setup Slots button on the right side of the program.

 Click 1 of the first 3 tabs at the top of the program.

 Click an available Add New button.

 Type or paste the text into the message slot.

 Click the Add Text button when your ready.

 There are 30 Multi Line message slots available to use.

 You can name the first 3 tabs to help categorize your message slots.


 How do I use the multi line message slots?

 Click the Use Slots button on the right side of the program.

 Click 1 of the first 3 tabs at the top of the program.

 Click the Copy Text button next to the message slot you want to use.

 The Multi Line message slots can be accessed using the toolbar or the tray.

 Use the first 3 tabs to choose from different message categories. 


 How do I rename the multi line tabs?

 Click the Tabs menu choice at the top of the program.

 Click the Name Tabs selection to rename the first 3 tabs.

 Name the tabs to categorize your multi line message slots.

Use single line names. Example Tab Names: Replies - Letters - Messages


 How do I add text to a single line message slot?

 Click the Single Line tab at the top of the program.

 Type or paste text into an available message slot.

 There are 33 Single Line message slots available to use.

 The messages are saved automatically when the program is closed.


 How do I use the single line message slots?

 Click the Single Line tab at the top of the program.

 Click the Copy Text button next to the message slot you want to use.

 The Single Line message slots can be accesses by using the toolbar or the tray.

 Single Line message slots are best used to save email and web page addresses.


 How do I add text to a multi-pad slot?

 Click on the Multi-Pad tab at the top of the program.

 Click on the New Document button.

 Type or paste text into the new message slot.

 You can create hundreds of Multi-Pad messages.

 The messages are saved automatically when the program is closed.


 How do I use the multi-pad message slots?

 Click the Multi-Pad tab at the top of the program.

 Click on a message window that you want to use.

 Click the Copy button to send the message to the clipboard.

 You can create hundreds of Multi-Pad messages.

 Undock the Multi-Pad window and use the program separately from the eMail Clipper.


 How do I add pictures to a image slot?

 Click the Images tab at the top of the program.

 Click the Paste button under a image slot to save a picture that's currently in the clipboard.

 Or... click the Browse button under the image slot to look for a folder containing the picture.

 There are 15 image slots available to use.

 The image slots are saved automatically when the program is closed. 


 How do I use the image slots?

 Click the Images tab at the top of the program.

 Click the Copy button next to the picture that you want to use.

 Use the Image slots to quickly retrieve commonly used pictures.

 The image slots are saved automatically when the program is closed.


 How do I enter or change a pop up reminder tip?

Double click on a message slot to enter a pop up reminder tip.

 Move the mouse pointer over a message slot to view the pop up reminder  tip.

 Pop up reminder tips are helpful in quickly choosing what message slot to use when the slots have multiple lines or have similar text.


 How do I use the notepad?

 Click the Notepad button on the right side of the program.

 Type or paste text into the Notepad window.

 Use the Notepad to retrieve saved text file messages from a folder.

 The notepad can be used as a temporary holder for text. 


 How do I use the address book?

 Click the Addresses button on the right side of the program.

 Click the New button to add a new contact to the database.

 Enter your contact information and click the Save button.

 Use the Address Book to send contact information to the clipboard.

 Use the group copy text button to copy name and address information all together.


 How do I use the toolbar?

 Click the View menu choice at the top of the program.

 Select the Send To Toolbar option to use the toolbar.

 Click the Copy button next to the message that you want to use.

 Use the Select Slots buttons to scroll through the messages 10 slots at a time.

 Use the Hide Toolbar feature and use the mouse pointer to pop the toolbar open when your ready.

 Copy text from 30 multi line message slots and 30 single line message slots.


 How do I use the tray?

 Click the View menu choice at the top of the program.

 Select the Send To Tray option to use the Windows tray.

 Right click on the eMail Clipper icon located in the tray to view the menu choices.

 Click on a menu choice that shows the message that you want to use.

 Click on a message slot category menu choice to go directly to that category of message slots.

 Copy text from 30 multi line message slots and 30 single line message slots.
