eMail
Clipper XP saves commonly used messages, emails,
letters, names, addresses and images and lets you easily send
them to the clipboard. Don't you get tired of typing the same
email address or letter over and over again? Quickly access
text or images and paste the information into the document or
email you are currently working on.

Using Multi Line
Slots:
The
best way to use eMail Clipper is to keep the program in the tray down the
the lower right hand corner of the screen or by using the docking toolbar.
Information
must be entered into the message slots before you can use the program.
The
main part of the program consists of 30 multi line message slots in 3
different catagories.
Start
by clicking the Setup Slots button
to begin saving your information.
Click
any Add New button to get a new message slot ready to accept text.
Type
or paste the information into the slot and click the Save Text button when
your ready.

Enter
a mouse pop up tip for the new message slot to help identify the slot
quickly in the future.
Catagorize
your message slots by naming the 3 different message tabs.
To
name your tabs click the Tabs menu choice and then choose Name Tabs.
When
your ready click the Use Slots button
to start using the program.
Now
you can click any Copy Text button to send that text to the clipboard.
Help
identify message slots quicker by moving the mouse pointer over a slot to
view the pop up tip.
To
add or change a message pop up tip double click on a message slot.
Using Single Line
Slots:
Click
on the Single Line tab to use the 33 single line message slots.
Single
line slots can be used to save short blocks of text like email and web
addesses.
Just
type or paste some text into a single line slot.
Now
you can use the copy button to send the single line of text to the
clipboard.
The
single line message slots are saved automatically when you exit the
program.
Using Multi-Pad Slots:
Click
the Multi-Pad tab to use the word pad type message slots.
Use
the Multi-Pad to create hundreds of letters or commonly used messages.
Just
click the New Document button then type or paste text into a Multi-Pad
slot.
Now
you can use the copy button to send the message to the clipboard.
The
Multi-Pad message slots are saved automatically when you exit the program.
Undock
the Multi-Pad window and use the program separately from the eMail
Clipper.
Using Image Slots:
Click
the Images tab to use the image type slots.
Use
image slots to save commonly used pictures.
Just
browse for or paste pictures into one of the 15 image slots.
Now
you can use the copy button to send the picture to the clipboard.
The
Images slots are saved automatically when you exit the program.
Using The Toolbar
View:
Click
the View menu choice and then select the Send To Toolbar option to use the
toolbar.
After
the message slots are setup you can use the much more compact toolbar
mode.
Quickly
copy text from 30 multi line message slots and 30 single line message
slots.
Use
the Select Slots buttons to scroll through the messages 10 slots at a
time.
You
can dock the toolbar on top or the side of your computer screen.
Use
the Hide Toolbar feature and use the mouse pointer to pop the toolbar open
when your ready.
Image
slots and Multi-Pad message slots can not be accessed using the toolbar.
Using The Tray View:
Click
the View menu choice and then select the Send To Tray option to use the
Windows tray.

After
the message slots are setup you can use the menu driven Windows tray mode.
Right
click on the eMail Clipper icon located in the tray to view the menu
choices.
Click
on a menu choice to copy text from 30 multi line message slots and 30
single line message slots.
Click
on the desired menu choice to go directly to that catagory of 10 message
slots.
Image
slots and Multi-Pad message slots can not be accessed using the tray.
